To Noosa Beach with Liz and Donnie to take advantage of the first dry, hot day.
Dolphins arching through the waves, almost on the beach. A black and white seabird of some kind casually diving and emerging with fish, which it then gobbled whole down a stretched-back neck, right among the swimmers.
Pest and I tried body surfing (a smaller board than a surfboard, which you lie on instead of standing), much to everyone else’s amusement.
Beautifully-coloured lorikeets visited us as we had lunch. (Well, I think they were lorikeets – anyone know different?)
