Yesterday was spent in London at a conference run by the eLearning Network. I used to go regularly when it was TACT, the Association for Computer Based Training. Then the CBT elements of my job were sidelined for a few years and going there became more of an experience of envy than anything else. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience, although travelling across London by rush hour tube followed by a delayed flight can induce presenile dementia.
Tonight, rehearsing for tomorrow’s gig at the Village. Having got my electric guitar back on Thursday I have the intention of doing part of my set using loops and the guitar synth. It leaves a lot to hazard, but if it works it’ll be great. And if it doesn’t, I can always abandon it and do the rest acoustic.
Is it just me, or is David Tennant the first Doctor Who who does more screaming than his companion?
