Following yesterday’s speculation, another motivator occurred to me:

  • the desire to leave a body of work behind

Then I heard on Quote Unquote that Woody Allen had said ‘I don’t want to live on in my work! I want to live on in my apartment.’

Following the lead of those who’ve done this before, I’ve revised the lyrics game from the other day and added a few lines to each of the thus-far-unguessed ones. Let’s see if they jog some memories.
