Enough about me. Here’s my breakfast:
The Lamont Breakfast
1 honeydew melon chopped
1 cantaloupe melon (if available) chopped
1 pineapple chopped
2 pink grapefruits chopped
2 apples chopped
1 handful grapes
1 handful raisins
Chop all on a Monday or Tuesday morning into a large Tupperware container. Store in fridge. Serve each morning (and during the day as mood takes you) with spoonful of natural yoghurt and/or muesli.
Tasty – and much chopping. I like your chops!
