Earlier in the year the band and I recorded a new version of my song Christmas Revolution, more upbeat with a cracking saxophone from Konrad Wiszniewski. Jennifer Ellen Clark, who produced the Turn album, made it fizz and pop nicely.
In October we teamed up with video maker Terry Dray and the Bowler’s Rest in Leith to turn a drab Saturday afternoon into Christmas. Bass playerJames’s mum, Trish, mimed the sax solo (she does play the sax) and is really the star of the video.
