It seems like such a long time. I think this is the first recording of the year, other than the Wright Brothers tracks. A flash of intuition told me what was needed for a song on which I’ve spent hours during 2007 to no serious benefit. I followed it, went into the file and removed three guitar tracks, two keyboard tracks, a harmonies track and a bass track – everything except a guide vocal and a basic drum track, and added … ukulele. And it’s working.
