Tiny Desk Concerts are a Thing – on NPR in the states. Celebs perform acoustic shows at the company manager’s desk.
One night last week, without much forethought, I recorded a few songs sitting at my desk in half-light from a desk lamp. The idea was sparked just by seeing the dark image in the webcam. I recorded the audio at the same time on a Zoom H2, and enhanced it a little in Reaper. I was pleased with the results, quite an intimate performance.
I’ll release the videos as I edit them. Here are the first two: Polecats (from the Wolf album) and The Goodbye Song from the new album In Another Life.
